We, at ICONTRIBUTE, concentrate on causes that create immediate impact. We believe
in bringing change by starting small. We identify the needs of the urban society

How do I access my account?
To access your account you can login directly from the tab available on the home

Can anybody view My Account page and contribute money?
Access to your account is only possible with your personalized user ID and password
which only you have access to. Our security system prevents access to unauthorized
users.

What happens if I forget my password? What should I do?
You can request for a new password from the “Forgot Password” option available on

Will I receive a contribution receipt?
After you successfully contribute to a cause, a receipt will be emailed to you.

Within how many days will I receive the report, pictures or videos of my contribution?
All the details about your contribution will be updated in your on the “My Account”
page. Pictures and videos of execution will be available the day on which on the
cause in is executed. For NGO donations, the reports and pictures will be uploaded
on pre-decided dates.

How can I volunteer for a cause?
If you would like to volunteer for the cause you have selected please check the
“Yes” Volunteer check box before the payment process. To know more on how you can

How much of the money I contribute is given directly towards the cause?
The entire contribution amount goes in the organization of the cause. Administration
costs for each cause varies because of type and size. We ensure that amount contributed
is spent most effectively.

Do I have to create a new user ID for each new contribution I want to make?
No, you can use the same user id and password for multiple contributions.

Can I change the contribution amount or cause?
Changes to the amount and cause are possible only before payment. After payment
you may be able to change the date of execution.

Can I contribute towards a cause that is not listed on your website?
In case you want to do something that is not listed on the website, we have an option
of do something different. Through this option you can get in touch with us and
put in your request. We will get in touch with you and let you know whether your

I am not an Indian resident/citizen. Can I still contribute?
ICONTRIBUTE is open to individuals across the globe. You can access and request
causes in any city in India.

Yes, you can download the images from your account and upload them to Facebook,
Twitter or any other Social Media websites. Please tag us –

How do I recommend a cause to someone?
You can share the page details on Facebook or Twitter or directly recommend a cause
to your friends using the links below each cause.

Can I set-up a periodic contribution?
As per regulations and good practices, we do not have an option of auto-periodic
contribution. You can make contributions online every month and check out the causes
of the month and all the new causes added!

I want to make an online payment through a credit card/ debit card. Is your site
secure?

While making my payment through credit card/net banking I got an error message.
How do I know whether the contribution was successful?
You will receive an email confirming the status of your payment.

I made a net banking/credit card/debit card contribution, which has been debited
from my account but the status of my contribution still shows as 'Pending'. Why
is that?
Please fill in our Contact Us form with your transaction details and we will look
into it immediately.

If I don’t have a credit card can I still make a payment?
Yes, you can try either of the following modes of payment:
- Internet/Net banking - You may use your internet-enabled bank account to make the purchase online.
- Demand draft- You may choose to pay money by connecting with one of our representative and sending us a Demand Draft.

While I was paying by online, my 'session expired'. Now what?
If your session expired, your request did not go through. If you were signed in
please check your cart or you will have to select the cause again.
