The Website is a platform where individuals can come and avail the services of ICONTRIBUTE. ICONTRIBUTE on behalf of the individuals will organize and implement the cause/event the individuals want to support.

The Services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from the ICONTRIBUTE system by ICONTRIBUTE for any reason whatsoever. If You do not conform to the above qualification, You shall not be permitted to avail of the Services or use the Website. You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws as applicable in India.

ICONTRIBUTE reserves the right to refuse access to use the Services offered at the Website to new Users or to terminate access granted to existing Users at any time without according any reasons for doing so.

You shall not have more than one active Account on the Website.

You understand and agree that all Contributions made by You shall be through a payment gateway provided by a third party and governed by the terms and conditions provided by such third party. You shall be solely liable in the event You violate any of the terms and conditions of such third party in making your Contributions. ICONTRIBUTE shall not be responsible for any error or default in making your Contributions through the Website

ICONTRIBUTE reserves the right not to distribute a contribution to a cause/event, if: (i) we are unable to deliver it for legitimate reasons beyond our control; (ii) at any time the designated contributor is in breach of this Agreement; or (iii) doing so would not allow us to remain in compliance with applicable laws.

The contribution amount will be spent on the specific cause/event You have selected. ICONTRIBUTE assures that the money will not be spent on any causes/events other than that selected by You. ICONTRIBUTE will deduct its service and processing charges from the contribution amount.

ICONTRIBUTE will organize, implement and monitor the execution of the cause/event. It will provide feedback to You the means of emails, images and videos. As soon as the cause/event is complete ICONTRIBUTE will provide You with the report and feedback.

There may be certain orders that ICONTRIBUTE is unable to accept and must cancel. ICONTRIBUTE reserves the right, at ICONTRIBUTE's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified in the information provided. ICONTRIBUTE will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your payment has been processed your amount will be returned as per the refund policy.

In case of requests for order cancellations, ICONTRIBUTE reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if ICONTRIBUTE receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by ICONTRIBUTE, ICONTRIBUTE shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You. ICONTRIBUTE will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed or one day before execution date. ICONTRIBUTE has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by ICONTRIBUTE and accept ICONTRIBUTE's decision regarding the cancellation. ICONTRIBUTE will require minimum two days to process cancellation request.

Post confirmation of refund it will be processed in 4 working days. In the event the amount needs to be refunded back to You it would be done in the same mode You made the payment. For example if the payment is made through debit/credit card the amount will be rolled back to the card.

ICONTRIBUTE makes the Services available to You through the Website only if You have provided ICONTRIBUTE certain required User information and created an account ("Account") through ICONTRIBUTE ID and password or other log-in ID and password, which can include a facebook, gmail, outlook, yahoo ID or any other valid email ID.

The Website requires You to register as a User by creating an Account in order to avail of the Services provided by the Website. You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account Information, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under Your Account. You agree to (a) immediately notify ICONTRIBUTE of any unauthorized use of Your Account Information or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that You exit from Your Account at the end of each session. You agree to provide correct and accurate credit/ debit card details to the approved payment gateway for availing Services on the Website. You shall not use the credit/ debit card which is not lawfully owned by You, i.e. in any transaction, You must use Your own credit/ debit card.

You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Website, the Terms of Use or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between You and ICONTRIBUTE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India and You hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
